iThink Hi5 Contests – Rules & Regulations
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
2. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the hi5 Contest is open to any Hi5 users who are 13 years or older.
3. Contest Period. The hi5 Contest will begin at 12:00 pm (PST) on Friday, May 23, 2008 and will run through 11:59 pm (PST) on Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
4. How to Enter. To enter the hi5 contest, users must add the iThink hi5 application at the following web address:

5. Winner Selection. Winners will be determined in the following seven categories on hi5.
a) The user with the greatest number of opinions posted during the contest period.
b) The user with the greatest number of comments posted during the contest period.
c) The user who placed the greatest number of votes during the contest period.
d) The user who gains the most number of “Followers” during the contest period.
e), f) and g) Three secret contests to be announced during the contest period in a public forum. These contests will be announced via email, group messages, hi5 Contest Group, and the Minekey Blog. Each contest will run for 24 hours from the time of notification.
6. Prizes and Odds. The user who posts the most opinions during the contest period will be awarded $100 US. The user who posts the most comments during the contest period will be awarded $100 US. The user who places the most votes during the contest period will be awarded $100 US. The user who receives the greatest number of followers during the contest period will be awarded $250 US. Prizes will be paid via PayPal.com, or check.
7. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by email and/or hi5 messages on or around June 16th. To claim prizes, winners must personally respond with their PayPal ID or their full name and address within five business days after notification. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions allowed. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to parent or legal guardian. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation.
8. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Minekey. Minekey reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Minekey. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Minekey which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Minekey reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Minekey reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
